ASSOCIATE
Iyanna Greene has been a practicing workers’ compensation Defense Attorney since 2019. Prior to her return to HP Law, LLC, she worked at a major defense firm for several years, representing small to large employers, insurance companies, and TPAs through all aspects of workers’ compensation claims. Prior to her exclusive practice of workers’ compensation, Ms. Greene completed a law clerk position after graduating law school, for a Delaware Corporation where she assisted the company’s in-house counsel in defending actions filed by the Delaware Department of Labor.
Education
Ms. Greene earned her Juris Doctorate at Widener University Delaware Law School where she attended its evening division while working full-time for the Southeaster Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. While at Widener, Ms. Greene was a recipient of the Angeline & Victor Piccone Memorial Scholarship. She was also an active member of the Black Law Students Association, the Women’s Law Caucus, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. Additionally, Ms. Greene was an active member of the Transactional Law Honor Society and she competed in competitions held by both the Transactional Law Honor Society and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. Ms. Greene was also an intern with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection, before graduating law school in 2018.
